Candles by Candy- Candle Bar (new Ellicott City location) is a must-visit! The new location feels fresh yet familiar, with the same welcoming vibe as their original spot. The cozy, vibrant atmosphere sets the perfect vibe for a fun date night or girls’ night. The candle-making classes are a blast—well-run, beginner-friendly, and super creative, with endless scent and jar options. My group went for a girls’ night, and we were laughing, sipping wine (BYOB is a fantastic touch!), and bonding over our scent choices. It’s also an ideal date night spot—I’ve been to the original location several times for date nights as well as fund raising events… the intimate setup and creative activity make it easy to connect and share a special moment. You can tell the team loves what they do, and their positive vibes are contagious. Having two locations now is such a treat, especially with the new one being so accessible and just as charming as the original. It’s clear that Candles by Candy has perfected their craft and knows how to create an unforgettable experience. With two locations now, this spot is perfect for a memorable, hands-on outing. Whether you’re planning a date night, a girls’ night, or just want to try something new, this place is a must-visit. I’m already looking forward to my next class—10/10, highly recommend!!
